Payment Policy
1. Payment Methods & Processing
Digital-Only Payments: SSVAE.in operates on a strictly pre-paid basis. We accept UPI, major Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.), Net Banking, and verified Digital Wallets.
No Cash on Delivery (COD): To ensure the safety of our logistics chain and the speed of processing, COD is not offered.
Order Confirmation: An order is considered "Confirmed" only after our systems receive a success signal from the payment gateway. You will receive an automated email/SMS confirmation once the transaction is validated.
2. Taxes and Shipping Fees
Transparent Pricing: The final amount displayed at checkout is inclusive of the product price, applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax), and shipping/delivery charges.
No Hidden Fees: SSVAE does not charge "convenience fees" or "processing fees" unless explicitly stated on the checkout page before you click 'Pay.'
3. Delivery Agent Conduct
Zero Additional Charges: Our delivery partners are strictly prohibited from asking for additional payments, tips, or "handling charges" at the time of delivery.
Disclaimer: If a delivery agent requests cash, please refuse and report the incident to our customer support team immediately. SSVAE is not liable for any unauthorized payments made to third-party individuals.
4. Payment Failures & Security
Gateway Responsibility: Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. SSVAE does not store your sensitive card or banking credentials.
Technical Issues: In the event of a "Pending" status or money being debited without order confirmation, the issue usually lies with the bank or gateway.
If the payment fails, the amount is typically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.
SSVAE is not responsible for delays caused by banking downtimes or network failures.
5. Fraud Prevention & Third-Party Apps
Authorized Channels Only: Payments must be made exclusively through the integrated payment portal on SSVAE.in.
Warning: Do not make payments to individual mobile numbers or third-party apps (like direct PhonePe/Google Pay transfers) unless they are initiated through our official website. SSVAE is not responsible for losses incurred through unauthorized payment links or manual transfers.
6. Currency of Transaction
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international cards, the final exchange rate will be determined by your issuing bank and not by SSVAE.
7. Refund Adjustments
In cases of order cancellations (subject to our Cancellation Policy), refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment. Please note that refund processing times are subject to the policies of the respective banks and payment aggregators.
